Brief introduction 

DBW Series Hygienic Electric Diaphragm Pump is a new type of pump, which is widely used in various industries. The motor drives the diaphragm on the left and right plungers to move back and forth through the reducer. There are four one-way ball valves in the left and right pump chambers. The movement of the diaphragm changes the volume of the working chamber, forcing the four one-way ball valves to open and close alternately, thus continuously inhaling and discharging the liquid.

Features 

1. Hygienic electric diaphragm pump overflow parts are made of SS304 and SS316 materials, which have met the requirements of food grade.

2. Precision casting is adopted for the pump, with smooth and tidy surface and higher strength.

3. Valve ball is further grinded by special machine, which has high roundness and good sealing performance.

4. Calculate the moving distance of diaphragm accurately, reduce the force of diaphragm, and have longer service life.

5. Four-bolt connection design, good sealing performance, actual suction range can reach 0-4 meters.

6. Three-stage upper and lower cover, flexible and convenient installation.

7. The integrated diaphragm protector has excellent pressure and high temperature resistance, and is widely used in food, wine, daily chemical and beverage industries.
